Originally released in 2013 to critical acclaim, Kotonoha is now set to be reissued as a completely limited-edition vinyl record in a special clear green vinyl design that reflects the atmosphere of the film.

Side A features the beautiful ballad “Kotonoha” and a cover of the fan-favorite “Rain” (written and composed by Senri Oe). Side B includes tracks such as “Girl (Tomita Lab. Remix),” a fresh reinterpretation of “Girl” by Tomita Lab.

The jacket uses the original artwork from that time, featuring visuals from the short animated film The Garden of Words, for which the songs were used as the image song and ending theme. This beloved work, which has transcended time, is finally being released on vinyl.
